This year’s theme, From Darkness to Light, invites photographers to delve into the transformative power of light and its ability to reshape how we experience the world. Light reveals what was once hidden, uncovering truths obscured by darkness and bridging the gap between perception and reality.

Beyond the physical, this theme also reflects an inner journey—a movement from ignorance to self-awareness, from confusion to clarity. Explore the profound interplay between shadow and illumination through your lens and capture moments that spark reflection, inspiration, and wonder.

PhiloPhoto is a unique contest born from the union of two disciplines: Philosophy and Photography. This union creates a dynamic dialogue – a space where image and concept meet, not as mere reflections of each other but as complementary forces in creative tension.
